  1. Glucosamine 300 mg – GLUCOSAMINE SULFATE is a supplement used in osteoarthritis.
    When orally given, it is more effective than placebo and at least as effective as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in relieving osteoarthritis symptoms.
  2. Chondroitin Sulfate 200 mg   CHONDROITINE reduces inflammation. This effect is explained by many action mechanisms.  
  3. MSM 200 mg – MSM a Sulfur compound.  , MSM reduces inflammation and helps to restore your mobility. Sulfur is vital to the creation and regeneration of the body’s tissues.  
  4. Chicken Collagen Type II 100 mg – CHICKEN COLLAGEN Several controlled trial provides evidence that oral administration of small quantities of solubilized native heterologous type II collagen is both safe and can improve the clinical manifestations of active rheumatoid arthritis. 
  5. Flaxseed 100 mg –   flaxseed  are rich in alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), an essential fatty acid that appears to be beneficial for heart disease, inflammatory bowel disease, arthritis, and a variety of other health problems. ALA belongs to a group of substances called omega-3 fatty acids.
